How GemTek International LLC collects, uses and shares information through Jeweler Momentum. Last updated 9 October 2026.
1. Who we are
Jeweler Momentum is a trading name of GemTek International LLC, a Hawaii limited liability company (Hawaii entity number 291055, formed 25 January 2023), doing business as Jeweler Momentum, at 1164 Bishop St, Ste 940 #113, Honolulu, HI 96813. In this policy “we”, “us” and “our” mean GemTek International LLC. You can reach us at support@gemtek360.com or +1 (808) 419-7333.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Enquiry and booking details — your name, business name, email address, phone number, store location, and whatever you tell us about your business when you request a call or complete a form.
- Call records — notes taken during scheduled calls, and calls may be recorded for training and accuracy. Where a call is being recorded we tell you at the start of it, and you can ask us not to record — the call goes ahead either way.
- Customer and billing details — if you purchase, the information needed to invoice and deliver the programme. Card details are handled by our payment processor; your card details go to them directly and we never see or store a full card number.
- Financing application details — see section 4.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data — pages viewed, referring URL, approximate location from IP address, device and browser type, and timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see section 6. This site does not currently run advertising pixels or third-party analytics. It loads a typeface from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address and browser information in order to serve the font file.
3. How we use information
- To respond to enquiries, schedule calls, and tell you whether the programme is a fit for your store.
- To deliver and support the programme if you buy it.
- To process payments and, where you ask for it, to pass an application to a financing partner.
- To measure and improve our advertising and this site.
- To meet legal, tax and recordkeeping obligations.
4. Consumer financing applications
We are not a lender and we do not make credit decisions. If you choose to apply for financing, your application is submitted to FlexxBuy and to the lenders in its network. Those companies decide whether to extend credit, on what terms, and under their own privacy policies and practices.
Depending on how the application is presented, you may submit information either directly to the financing partner or through a form hosted on or linked from our site. Where it passes through us, it may include your name, address, date of birth, contact details and income information.
We do not collect your Social Security number or a copy of your government ID. Where those are needed, you supply them directly to FlexxBuy through its own application, on its own systems. They do not pass through us and we never store them.
We use that information only to route the application and to know whether it was approved so we can fulfil your order. We do not sell it. The financing partner and its lenders may obtain consumer reports about you, and their use of your information is governed by their own notices, which you should read before applying.
Because introducing you to a financing partner may bring us within the scope of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, we treat any application information that reaches us as non-public personal information. We use it only to route your application and to fulfil your order, we do not sell it, and we do not disclose it to anyone other than FlexxBuy, its lenders, and service providers acting for us. If you would prefer we hold none of it, apply directly through FlexxBuy and tell us only whether you were approved.
5. When we share information
- Service providers — CRM, email, scheduling, hosting, analytics and payment processing, each only as needed to do their job for us.
- Financing partners and lenders — only when you apply, and only as described in section 4.
- Advertising platforms — see section 6.
- Legal and business transfers — where required by law, to enforce our terms, or in connection with a merger or sale of the business.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some advertising cookies may count as “sharing” or “selling” under California law — see section 7.
6. Cookies, pixels and advertising
We use cookies to keep the site working and to measure advertising. Advertising platforms may use them to show you ads elsewhere and to measure whether an ad led to an enquiry. You can opt out of interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org, and most browsers let you block cookies. We honour Global Privacy Control signals.
No advertising or analytics cookie is set by this site today. If that changes, this page will be updated before the change takes effect, and visitors in regions that require prior consent will be asked for it before any such cookie is set.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing, by writing to support@gemtek360.com. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
California residents may request access, deletion, correction, and details of what we collect and disclose, and may opt out of “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To opt out, email us with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”.
Residents of other states — including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon and Montana — have comparable rights under their own state privacy laws: to know what we hold, to get a copy, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to opt out of targeted advertising. We extend the same rights to every visitor regardless of where they live, so you do not need to tell us which law applies to you. Email support@gemtek360.com and we will respond within 45 days. If we refuse a request, you may ask us to reconsider by replying to that decision.
8. Retention
We keep enquiry records for 24 months from your last contact with us, customer and financial records for as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes, and anything else only for as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
This site and programme are for business owners and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, where the change is significant, tell you directly.
